Virgin Records / Reprise Records Adelitas Way ‘s current favorite, ‘Alive,’ is going through its fifth and final Cage Match round which will determine whether or not the song makes its way into the Hall of Fame, but first the group has to get through today’s heavy hitter. Deftones take the matchup by storm with their brand new single ‘Tempest’ off of their seventh studio record ‘Koi No Yokan,’ due out Nov. 13 via Reprise Records. Roadrunner Records French metal outfit Gojira , current reigning champs of Loudwire’s Death Match , have just unleashed a new lyric video for their song ‘Liquid Fire.’ ‘Liquid Fire’ hails from the band’s latest disc ‘L’Enfant Sauvage’ released in June of this year. It’s one of three singles the disc has produced in addition to the title track and their most recent single ‘Explosia.’ The video for ‘Liquid Fire’ displays the lyrics over a collection of black and white photos of the band on the stage and behind the scenes. Gojira have been out on the road in support of ‘L’Enfant Sauvage’ since its release with upcoming dates spanning from Russia to India. Check out our review of their August tour stop in NYC here .
