Black Veil Brides Plot ‘Legion of the Black’ Movie in Coordination with New Album

Liz Ramanand, Loudwire Black Veil Brides are pulling out all the stops for their new album, including offering a full-length music film to support the upcoming effort. The film is called ‘Legion of the Black’ and it will air in limited screenings in select cities. Black Veil Brides recently revealed an epic, 19-song track listing for their upcoming ‘ Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wilds Ones ‘ album. The film is described as a visual story corresponding to the new album following a gang of rebels known as ‘The Wild Ones’ as they fend off the big bad organization known as F.E.A.R. Dates and times of the screenings have not been revealed, but information is expected to be announced shortly. In the interim, a trailer for ‘Legion of the Black’ has surfaced online and can be seen below. For those unable to see the film in a city near them, the group intends on offering pay-per-view screenings via Facebook and will eventually offer the film on DVD. As for ‘Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wild Ones,’ the album is expected in stores Jan. 8. Black Veil Brides Reveal Title + Artwork for Upcoming Album

Facebook: Black Veil Brides Black Veil Brides recently pushed their upcoming album to 2013, and now we know the title and release month for the set. The disc will be titled ‘Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wild Ones,’ and it’s expected to arrive in January. The group has also posted the artwork for the new disc. It features a tiny warrior amidst skeletal remains preparing to do battle with a giant dark figure, who appears to be looking down at his latest competition with a smile on his skeletal face. The artwork was done by Richard Villa, who has worked with the band on their past albums. Though an official release date has not been set, the band will push ahead with pre-orders for the ‘Wretched and Divine’ album, with fans able to register for the collection as of Halloween. With their new album essentially complete, Black Veil Brides will return to the road on Nov. 24, taking part in the California Metalfest in San Bernardino, Calif. At present, the only other show on their schedule is a Jan. 15 date at Jacksonville, Fla.’s Brewsters Roc Bar.
