Device vs. Stone Sour – Cage Match

Device enter the cage with their debut single ‘Vilify’ off of the upcoming self-titled album, due April 9. Fronted by Disturbed singer David Draiman, Device’s forthcoming disc will feature heavy hitting collaborations with Serj Tankian, Geezer Butler, Lzzy Hale, M. Shadows and many others. Anthrax take the matchup by storm with their rendition of Rush’s ‘Anthem’ off of their 2013 covers EP aptly titled ‘Anthems,’ which is due out March 19. Soundgarden enter the Cage Match with their new single ‘By Crooked Steps’ off their latest album ‘King Animal.’ Coincidentally, the video for the song was directed by previous Cage Match contender Dave Grohl. Love and Death vs. Ghost – Cage Match

Ghost enter the matchup with their brand new track ‘Secular Haze’ off of their forthcoming record ‘Infestissumam.’ The new disc is produced by Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Deftones, Death Angel) and will be released by Loma Vista Recordings. Black Veil Brides Enter Loudwire Cage Match Hall of Fame for Second Time

Lava Records / Universal Republic With relentless voting by fans, Black Veil Brides and their song ‘In the End,’ off of their new album ‘Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wild Ones,’ has made it to the Loudwire Cage Match Hall of Fame with their fifth and final victory. Not to mention, Black Veil Brides have become the first band to enter the Cage Match Hall of Fame twice. They first entered the Hall of Fame for their tune ‘Broken.’ Black Veil Brides and their BVB Army took down their final challenger Bullet for My Valentine after beating out heavy hitters Asking Alexandria , Coheed and Cambria , HIM and Halestorm along the way. Belgian death metal veterans Aborted have just released the track ‘Vermicular, Obscene, Obese’ as a single from their 2012 full-length album, ‘Global Flatline.’ The punishing tech-death act now look to dethrone Suffocation and embark on their own quest for the Death Match Hall of Fame.
